Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel itineraries with precision.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and route incoming calls and communications, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Process expense reports and handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate or government setting.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in our downtown D.C. office.
