Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and remind executives of upcoming commitments.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, process invoices, and assist with general office maintenance and organization.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, meetings, and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certificate preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished tone.
