- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
- Assist in the coordination of corporate events, team building activities, and internal meetings.
- Order and track office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
