Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare detailed reports, expense reports, and presentations using MS Office and Google Suite.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
