Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Handle incoming communications, including answering phones, routing emails, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and reports, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Support the executive team with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
