Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, schedules, and calendars.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials and agendas.
- Support the executive team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
