Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Screen visitors and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Support special projects and events as needed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software or scheduling tools is a plus.
