- Communication: Handle inbound and outbound communications, including email correspondence, phone calls, and internal memos.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute minutes, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Support: Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relations to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems both electronically and physically.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, team meetings, and client receptions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
