Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and direct inquiries appropriately
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Perform data entry, maintain digital filing systems, and ensure record accuracy
- Coordinate office operations, inventory management, and vendor relationships

Qualifications
