- Perform high-volume data entry into CRM and database systems with 99%+ accuracy
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Process incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and route to appropriate departments
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, invoices, and correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Assist with onboarding tasks including new hire paperwork and equipment setup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on administrative projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or data entry experience in a professional setting
- Proven typing proficiency of 55+ WPM with exceptional error-free accuracy
