Responsibilities

- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient information retrieval and compliance.
- Assist with office supply management, expense reporting, and general facility upkeep.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors at the front desk.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
