- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and managing paperwork.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
