- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and databases.
- Order and manage office supply inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
