Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for quick information retrieval.
- Assist in coordinating office events, team meetings, and client entertainment.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and perform general accounting clerical duties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and provide excellent front-desk service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or Executive Assistant (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must be available to work approximately 20-25 hours per week on-site in San Francisco.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
