Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and route inquiries appropriately
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support event coordination and meeting logistics
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
