- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings with precision, coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, including memos, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee office inventory and coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and security.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees and maintain employee files.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Relevant experience with CRM software is a plus.
