Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel logistics.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for phone and email inquiries, directing messages to the appropriate staff members.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Administration: Manage office inventory, process invoices, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure office supplies are stocked and operational.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide events, team meetings, and off-site activities to foster a positive company culture.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and databases, performing regular data entry and file organization.
- Project Support: Assist various departments with ad-hoc projects, research tasks, and special initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional administrative or office support experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.
