Responsibilities
- Manage the Night Shift Front Desk: Greet visitors, answer high-volume phone inquiries, and manage incoming mail and deliveries.
- Data Entry & Record Management: Perform accurate and timely data entry into our CRM and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Report Generation: Compile daily operational reports, expense logs, and attendance sheets for the executive team.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for off-site vendors and remote employees during evening hours.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the night shift workspace is clean, secure, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling evening meetings and coordinating conference room availability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
