Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally during night operations.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data into our CRM systems and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records in strict accordance with company protocols.
- Scheduling Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for department heads.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure minimal downtime during night shifts.
- General Office Support: Perform various clerical tasks to support the daily functions of the office, including printing and copying.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in high-pressure environments.
