Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform comprehensive data entry and maintain up-to-date digital filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of nightly reports and administrative summaries.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for night operations.
- Process invoices and manage expense reports using accounting software.
- Support the wider office team with ad-hoc projects and general administrative duties.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and safe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
