Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and arrange complex travel logistics
- Process confidential documentation, maintain digital filing systems, and ensure data integrity
- Act as primary night shift point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone and email
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationship management
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track deliverables using project management tools
- Implement compliance protocols for sensitive information and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
