Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating cross-departmental communications
- Process confidential documents, reports, and data entry with precision and confidentiality
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence triage
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support project management tasks through documentation tracking and deadline monitoring
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and presentation materials
- Assist in onboarding processes and new hire documentation coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
