Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications and prioritize urgent matters during night shift hours
- Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executive staff
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee office inventory management and supply procurement
- Process incoming invoices and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in night shift or 24/7 environment
