Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings to ensure optimal time management.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external clients, handling inquiries via phone and email professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Expense Reporting: Process and submit expense reports and invoices in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Discretion: High level of confidentiality and professional judgment when handling sensitive information.
