Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Process and route incoming emails, faxes, and mail, ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems for company records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports, invoice processing, and data entry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, answering inquiries and directing them appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative support or office management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
