Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support HR and Operations teams with onboarding new hires and general administrative tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date customer and client databases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
