Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming correspondence, screen phone calls, and draft professional emails and memos.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and business correspondence with precision.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and special projects.
- Database Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
