Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and special events coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment at all times.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or evenings when required.
