Responsibilities
- Enter and verify data into company databases and CRM systems with 99% accuracy.
- Manage daily correspondence, including drafting emails and answering phone inquiries.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports and memos.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly payroll documentation.
- Provide general office support, including restocking supplies and greeting visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
