Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for executives, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, responding promptly and professionally.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain electronic and physical records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
