Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate complex meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events, team-building activities, and client meetings, including logistics and catering.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases; assist with data entry and reporting.
- Office Administration: Oversee office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Organization: Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Integrity: High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
