Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and organize office documents.
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and preparing meeting materials.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure the workspace is well-equipped.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
