Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with basic office supply management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
