- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage internal calendars to optimize team productivity.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone and email.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, team building activities, and meetings.
- Reception Support: Greet visitors, direct inquiries, and provide general administrative support to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
