- Manage multi-line phone systems and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and HRIS systems with 99% precision
- Greet and screen visitors while maintaining secure access protocols
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across multiple departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage inventory of office supplies
- Generate daily reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience in corporate settings
- Proven data entry proficiency with 8,000+ keystrokes per minute
