Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare, compose, and edit correspondence, including emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and email inquiries, with a high level of professionalism.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for company records.
- Assist in the organization of company events, team meetings, and internal workshops.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace is organized and functional.
- Support other departments as needed with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional errands is preferred.
