Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and route incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights and hotels.
- Maintain office inventory and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general office management.
- Support executive staff with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
