Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors and directing phone calls with professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders as needed.
- Support the sales and operations teams with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
