Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to sensitive records.
- Process expense reports and invoices promptly using QuickBooks or similar financial software.
- Assist with project coordination and event planning for team meetings and corporate retreats.
- Act as the point of contact for external vendors and clients regarding administrative needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant (1-3 years minimum) in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining strict confidentiality.
