Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, routing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, including memos, letters, and reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service, creating a positive first impression of the company.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime or flexible hours during peak periods.
