Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain executive schedules
- Handle confidential documents, data entry, and record-keeping systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and departmental budget tracking
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate office logistics, procurement, and facility maintenance requests
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative support experience in local government or corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
