Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships for office services.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
