Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date in our CRM and databases.
- Manage and organize complex filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle incoming inquiries via phone and email professionally.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
