Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries with precision.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing them to the appropriate team members efficiently.
- Assist in data entry and record-keeping, maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Support senior leadership with ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a professional administrative or executive assistant role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
