Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Communication: Screen and direct incoming calls and emails; draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and maintain a well-organized filing system.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, off-sites, and client meetings, including logistics and catering.
- Administrative Support: Process invoices, prepare expense reports, and handle data entry with high accuracy.
- Team Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the department to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
