Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage data in CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and reports
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Provide front-desk reception and customer support
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven data entry accuracy with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
