- Generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist in onboarding new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience (60+ WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with municipal/government systems preferred
