Responsibilities

- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and administrative systems with 95%+ accuracy
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional demeanor
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Support administrative projects including document preparation and report generation
- Collaborate with Virginia branch teams for cross-location coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
