Responsibilities
- Process high-volume data entry with 99.5% accuracy using Salesforce and proprietary CRM systems
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials with polished formatting
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationship management
- Streamline administrative workflows through process optimization and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word mail merge, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with error-free data handling in high-pressure scenarios
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and document management systems
- Exceptional time management skills competing multiple priorities simultaneously

- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
