- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conference logistics
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
